Son's Birthday Party

Friday night was the big Birthday party for our son. We had invited three sets of brothers and few other boys over to have dinner and cake and ice cream with us. Most everyone was able to come and a few were even able to spend the night with us.

The party went rather well. When it came time for opening the presents, I was a little nervous about how the other boys would react to the Mass Kit our son was recieving from my side of the family (Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, In-laws, and cousins). To my great surprise, the Mass kit soon became the hit of the party! Everyone wanted to play "Mass" or Benediction. It was even a good refresher for the adults at the party to see these items and review their names and functions. Of course, my son loved the Star Wars toys and Hot Wheels, too, but he has played the most with the Mass Kit. I am so grateful to those who helped to buy the Mass kit for him. You know who you are!
